Prescription Refill Guidelines

For all prescription refill requests, please contact us at least 7 days before your medication runs out. Managing your medications is an essential part of your healthcare, and we encourage you to monitor your prescriptions closely to avoid running out.

Your provider ensures you have enough medication to last until your next scheduled visit. For instance, if you’re being treated for high blood pressure, you should visit us every 6 months, and your prescription will cover this period. Running low on medication is a reminder that it’s time for your next appointment.

Please note that pain medications, such as Percocet, Vicodin, Tylenol #3, or their generic equivalents, require an in-office visit. These medications cannot be refilled over the phone or by contacting pharmacies directly.
