Requesting Medical Records

To request your medical records from Medi Clinics Primary Care, simply call us and we will guide you through the process. You may receive copies of your records by mail. The cost is $0.12 per page for paper copies, which includes postage and tax.

To save on costs, consider requesting only specific documents, such as recent lab results, instead of the entire medical record. Some offices may charge a small copying fee.

Medical records are usually processed and sent within 14 days. However, it can take up to 30 days in some cases. If any delays occur, we will notify you.
