Please call us at least 7 days prior for all prescription refill requests.

Managing your medications is part of managing your healthcare. As a patient, you need to play a role in maintaining your supply of prescription medication. We encourage you to closely monitor each of your medications to prevent running out of medicine without a refill. Your provider will give you enough medication to last until your next visit. For example, if you have high blood pressure you should be seen in our offices every 6 months, so your prescription will be for a 6-month supply of blood pressure medication. If you are close to running out of your medication, it is a reminder that you are due for your next visit.

If you run out of medication prior to a visit and we can’t schedule your appointment immediately, we will give you a one-time 30-day supply. This will give you enough time to schedule your next appointment for a full refill prescription.

If you are in need of refilling your pain medication, including but not limited to Percocet, Vicodin, Tylenol #3, or any of their generic equivalents, you must be seen in the office. We do not refill any of these pain medications over the phone or by calls to pharmacies.
